Abstract: [062] The pharmaceutical combination for synergistic anti-inflammatory therapy and method thereof are disclosed. The pharmaceutical combination comprises one or more phytochemical-derived compounds and one or more synthetic anti-inflammatory drugs in a synergistically effective ratio to enhance anti-inflammatory efficacy while reducing adverse effects associated with prolonged administration of synthetic drugs. The phytochemical-derived compounds may include polyphenols, flavonoids, terpenoids, curcuminoids, or related bioactive agents, whereas the synthetic drugs may include non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, corticosteroids, selective cyclooxygenase inhibitors, or immunomodulators. The combination may further comprise pharmaceutically acceptable excipients and may be formulated as tablets, capsules, injectables, sustained-release formulations, nanoparticle-based systems, or transdermal dosage forms. The disclosed method includes selecting compatible active agents, determining synergistic ratios, formulating the composition, and administering the composition to suppress inflammatory mediators, improve therapeutic response, enhance bioavailability, and minimize drug-induced toxicity in subjects requiring anti-inflammatory treatment.
