Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a passive knee load reduction exoskeleton system (100) for reducing mechanical stress on a user's knee joint during lifting, squatting, bending, and repetitive load-bearing activities. The system (100) comprises a frame assembly (101) providing structural support, a hinge assembly (102) enabling natural knee articulation, a cushioning assembly (103) enhancing user comfort, a fastening assembly (104) securing the system to the user's leg, a connector assembly (105) maintaining structural integrity, and a resistance assembly (106) generating passive mechanical assistance during knee flexion. The resistance assembly (106) redistributes a portion of the mechanical load through the frame assembly (101), thereby reducing knee joint stress and muscular fatigue while permitting substantially unrestricted movement during normal walking. The system operates without electrical power, batteries, sensors, or powered actuators, providing a lightweight, economical, reliable, and wearable assistive solution for industrial, rehabilitation, and occupational applications.
