Abstract: The present invention relates to a passive air-cooling system (1000) for vehicles, configured as a compact, roof mounted unit for supplying cooled air to a vehicle (2000) using a passive cooling mechanism. The passive air-cooling system (1000) comprises a main body (100) of elongated cuboid shape housing an air intake unit (101), a protective covering (102), a heat exchange unit (103), and a plurality of fans (104). The heat exchange unit (103) includes a water distribution system (301) and an evaporative cooling module (302) having a honeycomb pad (302a) for maximizing cooling efficiency. A fluid tank (105) is externally mounted and connected through a fluid conduit (106) for circulating cooling fluid. The plurality of fans (104) discharge cooled air into the vehicle compartment. All internal components are supported by an internal frame (500), making the system stable, modular, and suitable for various vehicle types and air-intake configurations. Fig. 1
