Abstract: A One-pot Process for Non-Chrome Mineral Tanning of Hides/Skins Disclosed herein is an integrated one-pot process for the production of non-chrome mineral-tanned leather where the deliming and tanning are carried out in the same float without pickling. The process finds a potential application in the leather processing industry for making non-chrome mineral-tanned leather with reduced resources such as water/chemicals, thereby curtailing TDS in effluent load.
