Abstract: The present invention discloses a nutrient-dense oat functional energy blend composition and a process for its preparation, configured to provide a clean-label, ready-to- eat whole-food alternative to traditional processed energy supplements. The formulation consists of a uniform, slightly sticky mixture combining light-roasted oats (Avena sativa) as a cereal carrier base, blended thoroughly with a functional seed and lipid blend of chia seeds (Salvia hispanica) and coconut powder, a roasted nut blend of almonds and cashews, and a ground date paste binder. Analytical validation establishes a stable profile featuring a regulated moisture content of 4.37% (w/w), a low mineral ash content of 0.038% (w/w), an active vitamin C antioxidant concentration of 1.2% (w/w), and an energy-dense crude fat fraction of 24.457% (w/w). The composition completely eliminates refined sugars, artificial preservatives, and chemical stabilizers, offering a convenient dietary supplement that supports digestive wellness, balanced energy release, and daily nutritional needs across all age groups.
