Abstract: The present invention relates to a nutraceutical instant beverage formulation comprising green tea extract, milk solids, sodium chloride, beetroot powder comprising betalain pigments, and spice components selected from cardamom, ginger, and fennel. The formulation is substantially free from sodium bicarbonate and produces a naturally pink-colored beverage upon infusion in hot water. The beetroot-derived betalain pigments provide stable coloration without alkaline treatment or synthetic additives. The formulation may be provided as an instant powder or tea-bag composition capable of preparation within 2 to 3 minutes. The beverage exhibits antioxidant and nutraceutical properties attributable to green tea polyphenols, beet betalains, and spice-derived phytochemicals. The invention further discloses a method comprising extraction of green tea solids, blending with other ingredients, homogenization, drying by spray drying or freeze drying, and packaging into sachets or tea bags.
