Abstract: ABSTRACT A NOVEL PROCESS FOR PREPARATION OF AMORPHOUS ADMILPARANT AND PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITIONS THEREOF The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of amorphous Admilparant and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the same. The process comprises dissolving Admilparant in one or more solvents or solvent mixtures and subjecting the resulting solution to a solvent removal process selected from spray drying, solvent evaporation, lyophilization, melt quenching, anti-solvent precipitation, thin-film evaporation, or combinations thereof to obtain amorphous Admilparant. The invention further provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising amorphous Admilparant and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients. The amorphous Admilparant obtained according to the invention is suitable for formulation into oral dosage forms useful in the treatment of fibrotic disorders including idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and progressive pulmonary fibrosis.
