Abstract: As the size of digital communication increases, people are more likely to encounter harmful messages that could bypass the security features put in place on the application. To verify the safety of communications from any application, this paper proposes a new application called Secure-Message. The messages that are received are analyzed by ML algorithms including Random Forest, Decision Tree Algorithm, and Support Vector Machine. The user is provided a short animation that informs the user whether the message is safe or unsafe to open. Secure-Message utilizes advanced machine learning algorithms that are trained on numerous data sets with communications labeled either malicious or safe. To assess the probability that the message is harmful, the application will assess features, including patterns in the content, embedded links, and metadata. The application simplifies the integration process with different messaging platforms so that it is seamless with an easy-to- understand interface. Overall, it is expected that Secure-Message online, along with how quickly users can communicate, will create a heightened sense of safety and will reduce the number of individuals becoming compromised with malware, phishing, and other attacking strategies. This type of machine learning technique decreases the likelihood of fraudulent cyber-messaging with the ability to act instantaneously and gives users the assistance they require. With respect to its ability to adapt and scale, this application provides a practical solution to remove current cyber security challenges.
