Abstract: ABSTRACT A Novel Green Synthesized Nanocomposite Topical Cariostatic Agent and Process for Preparation Thereof A novel green synthesized nanocomposite topical cariostatic agent comprises 85 – 99.5 % weight green hydroxyapatite nanoparticles and 0.5 – 15 % weight green selenium nanoparticles. Further, a process for preparation of a novel green synthesized nanocomposite topical cariostatic agent comprises, in first step, green hydroxyapatite nanoparticles are biosynthesized by using Azadirachta indica (neem) extract. In second step, green selenium nanoparticles are synthesized by using Aloe vera leaf extract. In third step, 85 – 99.5 % weight green hydroxyapatite nanoparticles and 0.5 – 15 % weight green selenium nanoparticles are taken and stirred the same on a magnetic stirrer at room temperature for about 40 – 60 hours to obtain green synthesized nanocomposite.
