The cookies are rich in protein (10-15%), fiber (5-10%), calcium (200-400mg per lOOg serving), and iron (2-5mg per lOOg serving). The cookies have a shelf life of at least 6 months and a sensory score of at least 7/10 for taste, texture, and overall acceptability.
