Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a non-invasive EEG-based Brain–Computer Interface (BCI) system (100) for real-time virtual navigation and human– machine control. The system (100) comprises an EEG electrode module (102), a signal amplification module (104), a signal conditioning module (106), an ADC module (108), an embedded noise filtering module (110), a signal feature extraction module (112), a cognitive-state detection module (114), a command mapping module (116), a host communication interface (118), and a virtual navigation execution module (120). The EEG electrode module (102) acquires raw EEG signals from a user's scalp, which are amplified, conditioned, digitized, and filtered to reduce noise and artifacts. Relevant EEG features are extracted and analyzed to detect predefined cognitive states and control patterns. The detected states are mapped into navigation commands and transmitted to a host computing system for execution in a virtual environment. The system enables low-latency, reliable, hands-free virtual navigation with reduced computational complexity and improved human–machine interaction.
