A preprocessing module that enhances the quality of the acquired signals and removes artefacts associated with environmental conditions is included as well. An artificial intelligence analytical engine that performs health evaluations, detects anomalies and indicates risk is also included. As part of providing remote monitoring and clinical support, the invention can generate clinical alerts and provide health related insights for clinicians performing remote monitoring. The invention can provide continuous, hygienic and real-time clinical monitoring of patients across different clinical and telemedicine settings.
