Abstract: ABSTRACT TITLE: “A NOISE DAMPING DEVICE OF A VEHICLE” Present disclosure discloses a noise damping device (10) of a vehicle (100). The device (10) includes a container (2) made of a first material. The container (2) is defined with a first side 5 (4), a second side (6), and a cavity (8) between the first side (4) and the second side (6). The first side (4) is connectable to a body panel (106) of the vehicle (100). Further, the device (10) includes a liquid filled within the cavity (8) of the container (2), to form a first dampening layer. The liquid is an automobile liquid. Furthermore, the device (10) includes a membrane (12) disposable on the second side (6) of the container (2), to form a second dampening layer. 10 The first dampening layer and the second dampening layer are structured to dampen noise entering a cabin (102) of the vehicle (100), thereby increasing the comfort of the occupants.
