Abstract: A NEURO-CALMING DENTAL CHAIR SYSTEM FOR NON- PHARMACOLOGICAL ANXIETY REDUCTION ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION Dental anxiety and treatment-related discomfort are common in clinical practice, arising from prolonged procedures, restricted mobility, static posture, and exposure to distressing sounds from instruments such as airotors and ultrasonic scalers. Conventional dental chairs prioritize operator ergonomics with limited focus on patient comfort. To address this, a detachable dental chair system with integrated sensory-modulation components was developed. Eight low-frequency vibratory units embedded in the lumbar and dorsal regions reduce muscle stiffness. An auditory module with cushioned supports delivers calming 'music or white noise to achieve auditory masking of procedural sounds. A visual component in the form of an eye massager minimizes visual stress. All components are wirelessly interconnected and controlled via a Bluetooth-enabled smartwatch and integrated patient monitoring display. This multimodal system offers a simple, nonpharmacological approach to enhance patient comfort and reduce dental anxi ;ty without affecting clinical workflow.Dent
