Abstract: The present invention relates to a network-based trust management system for real-time attack detection and prevention in advanced 5G communication networks. With the rapid evolution of 5G technology, there has been a significant increase in the number of connected devices, data traffic, and application complexity, which has introduced new security challenges. Traditional security mechanisms are mostly centralized and rely on predefined rules, making them inefficient in detecting advanced, unknown, and real-time cyber threats such as denial-of-service attacks, spoofing, data manipulation, and insider attacks. Therefore, there is a need for a more intelligent, decentralized, and adaptive security solution. The proposed system addresses these challenges by continuously monitoring network activity and analyzing communication patterns of network nodes using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques. These techniques enable the system to learn normal network behavior and detect anomalies or malicious activities with high accuracy. Based on the analysis, the system dynamically assigns trust scores to each node depending on its behavior, communication reliability, and past activity. This trust evaluation mechanism helps in identifying trustworthy, suspicious, and malicious nodes effectively in real time.Overall, the proposed invention offers a comprehensive, scalable, and intelligent solution for enhancing the security, privacy, and reliability of 5G networks. By combining Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Federated Learning, the system ensures efficient real-time attack detection, secure data management, and dynamic trust evaluation, making it highly suitable for next-generation communication systems, IoT environments, and large-scale distributed networks. .
