The application for the patent was published on September 11, 2026, under issue no. 37/2026.
Abstract: The present invention discloses a natural dry-fruit-cocoa functional energy composition and a no-cook process for its preparation, configured to provide a clean-label, ready-to-eat snack with high antioxidant density and sustained energy release. The formulation consists of a highly cohesive, sticky, dough-like paste combining deseeded and puréed dates (Phoenix dactylifera) as a primary binder, blended uniformly with roughly chopped almonds (Prunus dulcis), roughly chopped cashews (Anacardium occidentale), and raw cocoa powder. Analytical validation establishes a stable, energy-dense profile featuring a low moisture content of 4.12% (w/w), a controlled mineral ash content of 0.064% (w/w), an energy-dense crude fat fraction of 43.35% (w/w), and a high active vitamin C concentration of 6.5% (w/w) for cell- protective antioxidant defense. The composition completely eliminates refined sugars, artificial additives, synthetic binders, and chemical preservatives, offering an accessible, portable dietary supplement that supports digestive wellness and cognitive alertness across all age groups.
