Abstract: This invention introduces a cutting-edge multimodal deep learning framework designed for real-time evaluation of various characteristics such as cognitive, emotional, attentional, engagement, and devotional traits of participants during religious discussions and rituals. The framework seamlessly combines image, video, audio, speech, text, behavioral, and contextual data gathered from physical, online, or hybrid settings. The collected information undergoes preprocessing and is analyzed using advanced techniques in computer vision, image mining, natural language processing, text mining, speech analysis, and deep learning. A multimodal fusion engine then integrates features from these diverse sources to create cohesive representations. An inference engine, utilizing both machine learning and deep learning models, assesses emotional states, attention levels, engagement patterns, learning retention, and devotional responses. Additionally, the framework includes mechanisms for knowledge discovery, graph-based representations, cloud infrastructure, Internet of Things devices, and secure storage solutions. Ultimately, this invention produces quantitative metrics such as Devotion Score, Emotional State Score, Engagement Index, Attention Level, Learning Retention Index, Participation Score, and Spiritual Learning Index, facilitating automated, scalable, and objective evaluations of audience engagement and spiritual learning during religious and cultural events.
