Abstract: ABSTRACT [0025] The objective of this project is to develop a system that translates text or spoken language into Indian Sign Language (ISL), with support for multiple regional languages. The system leverages advanced technologies such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), speech recognition, and machine learning models trained on ISL datasets and regional language inputs to provide real-time translation. By bridging communication gaps for the hearing-impaired community, particularly in a linguistically diverse country like India, the system holds significant societal impact. It can be implemented across educational institutions, public services, and online platforms, fostering inclusivity and promoting social integration. The outcome of this project will empower individuals with hearing impairments, enabling them to engage in conversations and access information in their native languages, thus enhancing overall communication accessibility.
