Abstract: Disclosed is a smart wound dressing (100) for multi-parameter wound monitoring and controlled therapeutic release, which includes a multi-layered sandwich structure (140) having a diagnostic grid layer (102), a hydrogel therapeutic layer (126), an absorbent cotton pad (132), and a peripheral adhesive boundary (134). The diagnostic grid layer (102) comprises a 3×3 diagnostic grid (104) having a plurality of independent detection zones (106), including a pH detection zone (108), a pH confirmation zone (110), an ammonia detection zone (112), a moisture detection zone (114), a temperature detection zone (116), an oxygen availability detection zone (118), a protease activity detection zone (120), a bacterial load detection zone (122), and a healing progression indicator zone (124). A wound exudate transport path (138) transports wound exudate toward the detection zones (106), and the hydrogel therapeutic layer (126) releases a therapeutic agent (130) in response to wound moisture and body temperature.
