The multi-mode stirring apparatus (100) comprises a support frame (102), plurality of grippers (104), a drive member (108), a cam member (110), a slider (114), a guide plate (120), a stirrer casing (124), a stirrer rod (126), and a stirrer plate (130). The multi-mode stirring apparatus (100) improves ingredient distribution and reduces localized clumping during cooking. The multi-mode stirring apparatus (100) enhances aeration and circulation of solid food ingredients through the lifting-based stirring operation.
