Abstract: A multi-modal environmental transient analysis system (100) for detecting fall events within an enclosed environment is disclosed. The system (100) comprises at least one barometric sensing unit configured to generate atmospheric pressure data, at least one hygrometric sensing unit configured to generate humidity data, at least one acoustic sensing unit configured to generate acoustic data, and a processing unit configured to receive and process the generated data. The processing unit identifies a pressure transient associated with displacement of air within the enclosed environment, a humidity disturbance associated with disruption of moisture distribution, and an acoustic impact signature associated with an impact event. A hierarchical consensus logic determines occurrence of a fall event based on temporal correlation among the pressure transient, the humidity disturbance, and the acoustic impact signature within a predefined verification window. The system (100) further supports event notification generation, baseline environmental monitoring, and compatibility with micro-energy harvesting sources for autonomous operation.
