Abstract: A multi-mechanism monoclonal antibody composition with enhanced pharmacokinetics and stability is disclosed. The system comprises a monoclonal antibody having an Fc region engineered for increased binding to neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) to extend systemic circulation, a biodegradable carrier matrix configured to provide sustained release following subcutaneous administration, and a reversible protective modification associated with the antibody to improve storage stability and reduce degradation. The combined system enables dual pharmacokinetic control through both prolonged systemic half-life and controlled release of the antibody over an extended period. The reversible protective modification is configured to undergo activation or removal under physiological conditions, thereby restoring antibody activity post-administration. The composition facilitates reduced dosing frequency and improved therapeutic efficacy, particularly for treatment of chronic conditions such as autoimmune disorders.
