The application for the patent was published on September 11, 2026, under issue no. 37/2026.

Abstract: Modern organizations operating in turbulent macroeconomic, geopolitical, and technological environments face compounding risks that conventional management systems fail to address with adequate speed, precision, or visual legibility. Crisis events - ranging from supply chain disruptions and cybersecurity breaches to financial contagion and natural calamities - demand infrastructure systems whose design embeds actionable intelligence within the operator's visual experience. Prior art in this domain has produced fragmented point solutions: siloed dashboards without visual cohesion, alert systems lacking aesthetic hierarchy, and risk matrices presented as static tables devoid of real-time visual dynamism. The present design departs fundamentally from prior approaches by introducing a multi-layered visual architecture that encodes risk severity, system status, organizational exposure, and response readiness into a coherent, aesthetically unified interface. The design's most inventive contribution is its layered spatial metaphor — visually representing the organization as a defended perimeter with concentric protective rings, each ring rendered with distinct color saturation, iconographic density, and interactive affordance, such that the trained user apprehends the system's overall risk posture at a glance, without reference to supplementary documentation. The background of this design is further situated within the growing domain of management science concerned with organizational resilience, enterprise risk management (ERM), and crisis communication theory. The visual design reflects principles drawn from decision science, cognitive ergonomics, and information architecture, producing an ornamental identity that is simultaneously functional, intuitive, and intellectually rigorous.
