The application for the patent was published on June 12, 2026, under issue no. 24/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT A MULTI-FLUID EX VIVO DIAGNOSTIC KIT, CARTRIDGE AND READER FOR POST-VIRAL RISK STRATIFICATION The invention relates to a multi fluid ex vivo diagnostic kit, cartridge, reader and analytical system for stratifying post viral risk. The system comprises a specimen collection and preservation set for at least a blood derived sample and a saliva derived sample; a first assay module configured to determine tetrahydrobiopterin and dihydrobiopterin and generate a BH4/BH2 ratio value or proxy value in the blood derived sample; a second assay module configured to determine 3 nitrotyrosine in the blood derived sample; and at least one saliva assay module configured to determine free tyrosine, thyroglobulin, or both. A reader apparatus is configured to acquire assay signals, normalize the signals using stored calibration or control criteria, and generate a composite ex vivo risk indication. The invention supports discrete strip, cassette, laboratory and microfluidic cartridge implementations and optional inclusion of additional specimen matrices, while remaining anchored to ex vivo analytical operation and hardware linked signal processing.
