Abstract: TITLE: “A Multi-Encapsulated Polynucleotide Composition for Cosmetic Skin Rejuvenation” ABSTRACT: The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising polydeoxyribonucleotide (PDRN) delivered through a dual encapsulation system for enhanced topical skin delivery. The composition comprises a first fraction of PDRN encapsulated within liposomal vesicles for rapid topical delivery and a second fraction of PDRN encapsulated within polymeric particles comprising polycaprolactone (PCL) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) for sustained and controlled release. The dual encapsulation system improves topical permeation, formulation stability, and controlled release of PDRN for cosmetic skin applications. Experimental characterization confirmed successful encapsulation, colloidal stability characteristics, and enhanced topical delivery through particle size analysis, zeta potential analysis, and release kinetics evaluation. Franz diffusion studies demonstrated rapid permeation followed by sustained release, indicating enhanced topical delivery performance. The composition is suitable for cosmetic topical formulations including serums, creams, gels, lotions, and emulsions intended to improve skin hydration, texture, brightness, and visible signs of skin aging.
