Abstract: The present disclosure proposes a motorized oil drain and extraction ladle tool (100) for collecting fried food items, retaining the food items, and separating excess surface oil during food transfer operations. The tool (100) comprises a handle (102), a rotatable scoop bowl (104) having a plurality of drain holes (128) and a plurality of drive teeth (120), a movable block plate (106) having a plurality of meshed openings (130), a lever (108), a motorized drive assembly (109), control buttons (112), and a battery (134). The motorized drive assembly (109) rotates the scoop bowl (104) through engagement of a gear (118) with the plurality of drive teeth (120). The block plate (106) retains food items during rotation, while centrifugal force separates excess oil for discharge through the plurality of drain holes (128) and the plurality of meshed openings (130), thereby reducing repeated manual rotational actuation during oil-draining operations.
