Abstract: The present invention modular pharmacy shelf system (10) comprises shelf structure (100) divided into addressable shelf zones (1500), each receiving removable medicine tray (1600) supported by load cells (200) and associated with an RFID antenna (300). A QR scanning sensor (400), camera strip (500), optical recognition module (600), ambient sensing module (700), and temperature-humidity sensor (800) acquire identity, occupancy, weight, and storage-condition data. A processing unit (1400) executes mapping software (1300) through a sensor synchronization module (1700) to correlate readings within an acquisition window and map each medicine stock unit (20) to a batch, expiry, recall status, and first-expiry-first-out priority. Optical fiducial markers (1800) identify shelf zones, while LED pick indicators (900) and electromechanical access interlocks (2000) guide and restrict dispensing to an acceptable batch. A recall database connector (1000), secure audit memory (2100), pharmacist dashboard (1200), and backup power module (2200) provide recall isolation, traceability, supervision, and fail-safe operation.
