Abstract: The present invention relates to a modular, non-digital, and physically interactive toolkit system configured for facilitating personalized nutrition and psychosocial wellbeing management through structured physical components and rule-based organizational frameworks. The invention comprises a user profiling module, a plurality of nutritional planning modules, psychosocial wellbeing modules, a behavioral monitoring and tracking unit, a feedback and adjustment mechanism, and a modular integration platform configured to enable systematic selection, arrangement, monitoring, and reconfiguration of user-specific intervention structures. The nutritional and psychosocial modules comprise physically encoded identifiers including colors, symbols, graphical markers, numeric indicators, or alphanumeric tags configured to facilitate compatibility-based selection and organization of customized module arrangements without dependence on electronic devices, software systems, or computational processing. The system further comprises manual monitoring interfaces configured to record participation indicators, behavioral observations, lifestyle patterns, and wellbeing- related parameters over defined periods, thereby enabling progressive adjustment of module configurations through predefined physical mapping and decision frameworks. The modular architecture enables adaptable and scalable implementation across healthcare support settings, educational institutions, rehabilitation environments, community programs, and home-based wellbeing applications. The invention provides a structured, tangible, and user-accessible wellbeing management framework configured to support engagement, consistency in monitoring, and progressive personalization while reducing dependence on digital infrastructure.
