The application for the patent was published on September 18, 2026, under issue no. 38/2026.

Abstract: The present invention a modular micro-bioreactor system (100) enables pharmacy-scale manufacture of biologics from a disposable sterile cartridge (200). A micro- bioreactor chamber (500) receives cell-free expression reagents (300) or engineered production cells (400), while a nutrient reservoir (600), thermal control assembly (2600), and inline sensors (900) maintain processing conditions. Product passes through a clarification module (2900), purification microcolumns (700), buffer exchange module (800), and closed split-stream sampling manifold (2200) to a quality control assay module (1100). A keyed aseptic manifold interface (1600), cartridge identity module (1700), and pre-use integrity test circuit (1800) prevent unauthorized or leaking cartridges from operating. A system controller (1300) actuates a microfluidic valve manifold (2000), compensates sensor drift using a reference-sensor microchannel (2500), and routes failed material to a quarantine chamber (2300). An electromechanical release-gate valve (2700) permits sterile filling only after quality limits and authorized release are satisfied, while a batch record module (2400) preserves traceable process evidence.
