The system comprising an enclosure; a printed circuit board (PCB), adapted within the enclosure; a microcontroller, integrated to the PCB, for data processing and communication; a receiver, integrated to the microcontroller, for providing high-precision location data; an integration unit, integrated to PCB, for integration of a plurality of modules, components, units, or external devices, and optionally comprising one or more elements to enhance performance; an advanced fail safe module for operational continuity and data integrity in critical scenarios, wherein the advanced fail safe module is integrated within the microcontroller or operatively connected thereto; a power management unit, integrated to the PCB, for optimizing power consumption; an interface unit, integrated to the PCB, for setup, calibration, and monitoring; a short circuit protection unit, integrated to the PCB, for short circuit protection; a communication unit, integrated to the PCB, for communication; and an intrinsically safe power supply unit, integrated to the PCB, for supply of electrical energy below the ignition threshold.
