Abstract: ABSTRACT A MODULAR CONTAINERIZED SLEEPING ACCOMMODATION SYSTEM WITH PRESSURE BALANCED BERTH LEVEL VENTILATION AND AN ISOLATED BLOWER SERVICE MODULE The present invention relates to a modular containerized sleeping accommodation system (100) comprising a container body (102) defining an accommodation space having a plurality of sleeping berths (104) arranged along opposing side walls with a central access aisle (106). A ventilation assembly (108) includes a plurality of side wall intake modules each comprising a rain hood (110), insect mesh (112), washable filter (114), centrifugal blower (116), wall sleeve (118) and supply duct (120) communicating with berth level T-junction vent stubs (122). The supply ducts form a pressure balanced air distribution network for delivering substantially uniform fresh air to individual sleeping berths, while passive relief louvers (124) exhaust stale air to achieve controlled ventilation, improved occupant comfort and at least four air changes per hour within the accommodation space.
