Abstract: ABSTRACT A Mobile Robot with Reduced Chassis Width for Use in Narrow Spaces The disclosure herein generally relate to robots and more particularly, to a mobile robot (100) with reduced chassis width (W) for use in narrow spaces (N). The mobile robot (100) includes a chassis (102), a plurality of front wheels (104), a plurality of rear wheels (106), a plurality of front wheel traction motors (108) and a plurality of rear wheel traction motors (110). The front wheel traction motors (108) and rear wheel traction motors (110) are mounted onto chassis (102) in a non-linear configuration thereby reducing an overall width (W) of chassis (102) for facilitating maneuverability of mobile robot (100) in narrow spaces (N). Reducing chassis width (W) of mobile robot (100) to half compared to a chassis width of conventional mobile robots. The mobile robot (100) enhances comfort level of user while operating mobile robot (100) in narrow spaces (N). Fig. 1
