The application for the patent was published on August 14, 2026, under issue no. 33/2026.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a Mobile Device for Early and Ultra Low Detection of Cardiac Troponin I and method thereof. The device is integrated with Smart Phone using Bluetooth was developed by assimilating anisotropic gold nanorods (AuNR) with cTnI(cardiac troponin I) receptor on ITO based screen printed electrode(ITO 10 SPE from Dropsen). The uniqueness and ease of synthesis have given an extra edge to the current gold nano rod (AuNR) modified ITO based screen printed electrode as compared to conventional templated growth or sputter coating process. The suitability of the developed immunosensor is validated with the spiking of cTnI in blood serum samples. The present CardioSense can potentially be used to screen the presence of a trace of cTnI in blood serum samples and proposed AuNR based SPE holds a great promise for the detection of analytes in the pico gm range.
