Abstract: The present invention relates to an eco-friendly composite roofing tile, developed using recycled polypropylene reinforced with multiple waste-derived materials for sustainable construction applications. The invention addresses the increasing environmental impact caused by plastic waste, rubber waste, textile waste, and agricultural residues, along with the limitations of conventional roofing materials such as clay tiles, cement sheets, asbestos panels, and metal roofing systems. These traditional materials are energy- intensive to manufacture, heavy in weight, difficult to recycle, and often unsuitable for low-cost and rural housing. The invention provides a low-cost, lightweight, durable, and environmentally responsible roofing solution by converting solid waste into a value- added construction material
