Abstract: ABSTRACT A METHOD OF PREPARATION OF PLASTIC BRICK USING CONSTUCTION DEBRIS AND EGG SHELL The present invention discloses a method of preparation of plastic brick using construction waste and egg shell, comprising: Pulverizing of construction waste to less than 4.5 mm size; Pulverizing of dry plastics for converting granules by means of melting; Pulverizing of egg shell for obtaining fine powder; Heating of said plastic granules in muffle furnace in the rage of 120- 180 degree centigrade; Mixing of egg shell powder and construction debris with the plastic liquid in the ranges from 1:0.5:1.5 to 1:0.5:3.5 of its total weight; and, Pouring of the said mixture onto a mould and damping it using the damping rod. The plastic brick composition comprising 1% of liquid plastic waste; 0.5% of egg shell powder; and, 2.5% to 4.5% of pulverized debris, Wherein the % of material can be in its total weight. The present invention will reduce the landfill as well as pollution due to plastics in an effective manner.
