MUMBAI, India, June 24 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202421096932 A) filed by Sidramappa Shivashankar Dharane; Sujitkumar Vijaykumar Malage; Shivraj Gururaj Malge; Saikiran Sidramappa Dharane; and Siddhi Sidramappa Dharane on December 09, 2024, for A Method Of Manufacturing And Process Of Eco-Friendly Hollow Ship-Footed Hdpe Balls And Thereof.

Inventors include Sidramappa Shivashankar Dharane; Sujitkumar Vijaykumar Malage; Shivraj Gururaj Malge; Saikiran Sidramappa Dharane; and Siddhi Sidramappa Dharane.

Abstract: Disclosed a method of manufacturing and process of eco-friendly hollow ship-footed HDPE balls of different shapes and sizes (101), (102), (103), (104), etc. are prepared. By Gathering and choosing HDPE hollow balls materials, Sorting, Drying, Mixing the Additives to improve qualities and binding strengths, Balls of Compaction, to create compressed balls, by using necessary compression units (105), (106), etc. Ultimately this produces the ship-footed HDPE balls/HDPE hollow balls in required shape and sizes. After Post-Compression Drying, Hardening and Cooling, Control of Quality, Storage and Packaging it is used as filler for preparation of hollow concrete blocks and bubble deck slabs. Even the numbers of teeth of the ship-footed balls are varied as per the requirements and strength desired. Figure 1-2
