The application for the patent was published on October 02, 2026, under issue no. 40/2026.
Abstract: The present invention relates to method of inhibitor reagent dosing in an electrolysis system, comprising the following steps: (a) preparing a predetermined concentration of inhibitor reagent solution based on one or more inhibitor reagents and demineralized water at a first predetermined temperature, (b) dosing a predetermined amount of the inhibitor reagent solution via a dosing control system into the electrolyte at a second predetermined temperature, in a continuous manner at predetermined time intervals, maintaining a stable concentration of the inhibitor reagent solution throughout the process, (c) circulating the electrolyte containing the inhibitor reagent solution obtained in step (b) through an electrolysis system after thorough mixing and maintaining uniformity, (d) depositing refined metal onto cathode plates in the electrolysis system via electrolysis at a predetermined current density, wherein the inhibitor reagent solution is based on parts per million (ppm) of the electrolyte volume.
