Abstract: Abstract A method of dynamically emptying of AdBlue injector and a control unit thereof. The vehicle 11 comprises an AdBlue injector 12, an AdBlue tank 14 and a hydraulic path 16 connected between the AdBlue injector 12 and the AdBlue tank 14. The control unit 10 activates a back flow pump 18 in the AdBlue tank 14 for depressurizing the hydraulic path 16 when the vehicle 11 goes into switch off mode. The control unit 10 identifies a pressure drop in the hydraulic path 16 compared to a pressure present in the AdBlue tank 14 upon depressurizing the hydraulic path 16. A negative pressure is created in the hydraulic path 16 by operating the back flow pump 18. The control unit 10 opens the AdBlue injector 12 based on atleast one first parameter and calculates an open duration of the AdBlue injector based on atleast one second parameter. The control unit empties the AdBlue injector dynamically based on the atleast one calculated second parameter.
