Abstract: A method for assembling vacuum interrupter pole assembly 300 placed in gas insulated switchgear 200 including steps for preparing a tank 202 filled with an insulation gas; preparing a circular cut out in the tank 202 for the drive lever to come outside of the tank 202 for assembling with vacuum circuit breaker/vacuum interrupter 302; assembling vacuum circuit breaker and other related components on a fixer outside of the tank 202; and assembling the complete pole assembly 300 and other related components in the tank 202 for operation. And the pole assembly can include a vacuum interrupter 302 configured to have a fixed contact 304 and a movable contact 306 to make contact to at least one electric terminal through a contact unit 206, and the at least one electric terminal is disposed within a gas insulated tank 202 placed for primary and secondary distribution of power systems.
