Abstract: TITLE: “A METHOD FOR PRODUCING SINTERED MATERIAL HAVING HIGH REDUCIBILITY INDEX” ABSTRACT Present disclosure relates to a method for producing sintered material having high reducibility index. The method steps includes forming a mixture comprising iron ore, fluxes, carbonaceous material, sinter return fines, binders, and red mud having power of Hydrogen (pH) being maintained in range of 7 to 11. Further, granulating the mixture in presence of moisture, to form a granulated mixture of predetermined size. Furthermore, forming a sinter bed having a plurality of layers of the granulated mixture into a sintering machine. The method step further includes sintering, each of the plurality of layers of the granulated mixture to heat each of the plurality of layers to a predetermined temperature in a sintering machine. Thus, producing the sintered material having high reducibility index of at least 77. Figure. 1 is a reference figure.
