Abstract: A METHOD FOR PRODUCING METAL OXIDE NANOPARTICLES THROUGH COW URINE ASSISTED BIO TRANSFORMATION ABSTRACT A method for producing metal oxide nanoparticles through cow urine assisted bio transformation (100) that comprises preparing a precursor solution by dissolving calcium nitrate tetrahydrate in distilled water to form a calcium precursor medium containing dissolved calcium species, maintaining the precursor solution under stirring to establish conditions suitable for precipitation, cow urine is introduced into precursor solution thereby progressively modifying hydrogen ion concentration and enabling interaction between cow urine constituents and calcium species, the addition is continued until a predetermined hydrogen ion concentration is achieved leading forming a precipitated calcium intermediate material comprising calcium species and cow urine derived capping constituents, the intermediate material is separated through filtration to obtain an isolated precursor, the isolated material is subjected to calcination under selected temperature conditions to decompose organic constituents reducing their association with calcium structures and improving structural ordering, continued calcination under elevated conditions yields phase purified calcium oxide nanoparticles.
