MUMBAI, India, Oct. 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641115076 A) filed by Prayaga Venkata Ramakrishna on September 25, 2026, for A Method For Preparing Bio-Mineral Fertilizer Composition Using An Optimization Technique.

Inventor includes Prayaga Vaibhav Nischal.

The application for the patent was published on October 02, 2026, under issue no. 40/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT A method for preparing bio-mineral fertilizer composition using an optimization technique is disclosed. The method processes raw feedstock materials to form an inorganic nitrogen material, microbially solubilizes volcanic apatite ore into a solubilized phosphorus material and thermally processes agricultural biomass waste into a potassium carbonate ash. A mass ratio of the inorganic nitrogen material, the solubilized phosphorus material, and the potassium carbonate ash is determined using an optimization technique that applies a synthetic-carbon minimization constraint while balancing target nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium outputs against feedstock cost. The materials are combined, in accordance with the mass ratio, with a solid-state mineral diluent matrix into a fertilizer slurry. The slurry is granulated within a decentralized processing architecture into slow-release bio-mineral pellets achieving a phosphorus use efficiency greater than 80%, which are coated with a basalt-derived mineral particulate providing micronutrient delivery of iron, magnesium, and calcium, thereby preparing the bio-mineral fertilizer composition.
