Abstract: Low-Dose Intranasal Pharmaceutical Composition Comprising Bilastine ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a low-dose intranasal pharmaceutical composition comprising bilastine and pharmaceutically acceptable excipients, formulated as a stable aqueous nasal spray. The composition is useful for the management of allergic disorders, including allergic rhinitis, by intranasal administration to provide localized therapeutic effect with reduced systemic exposure. The invention further provides a process for preparing the intranasal bilastine composition and a method for managing allergic conditions, wherein the composition exhibits suitable stability, safety, and pharmaceutical acceptability.
