Abstract: ABSTRACT A Method for Evaluating Social and Political Effects of Industrial Growth in Rural Regions The proposed innovation introduces a Social and Political Impact Evaluation Method for Industrial Growth in Rural Regions (SPIE-IGRR) designed to systematically assess the social, economic, political, cultural, and administrative effects of industrial development in rural communities. The method integrates demographic analysis, socioeconomic indicators, community participation assessment, political impact analysis, employment evaluation, environmental indicators, public opinion analysis, and data-driven decision support into a unified evaluation framework. Unlike conventional industrial development assessments that primarily focus on economic growth, production, employment, and infrastructure, the proposed method continuously evaluates changes in rural livelihoods, income distribution, migration patterns, social relationships, public services, political participation, local governance, resource allocation, and community satisfaction. The method collects information from rural households, workers, local government institutions, industrial organizations, community groups, and public administration systems. The collected information is processed through structured indicators, comparative analysis, impact scoring, trend analysis, and risk identification mechanisms. The proposed innovation helps identify both positive and negative consequences of industrial expansion and provides evidence-based recommendations for sustainable rural development. The framework can support government departments, local administrative bodies, industrial organizations, rural development agencies, researchers, and policy planners in making socially responsible and politically sustainable industrial development decisions.
