Abstract: Title: “A METHOD FOR DEFROSTING A REFRIGERATION MODULE AND A SYSTEM THEREOF” ABSTRACT 5 The present disclosure relates to a defrosting method (100) and a defrosting system (300) for a refrigeration module (200). The defrosting method (100) and the defrosting system (300) include a control unit (5). The defrosting system (300) further includes a main circuit (6) communicatively coupled and operable by the control unit (5). The defrosting system (300) further includes a defrost circuit (7) 10 thermally interfaced with the main circuit (6). The main circuit (6) includes a first sub cycle circuit (3) and a second sub cycle circuit (4). The defrosting system (300) further includes a pressure building device (11). The defrosting system (300) further includes a three-way valve (12) positioned downstream the pressure building device (11). The defrosting system (300) further includes a first heat exchanger (13), and 15 a second heat exchanger (14).
