The application for the patent was published on July 10, 2026, under issue no. 28/2026.

Abstract: A method is disclosed for evaluating the financial resilience of a business entity by computing earnings, liquidity, leverage, and adaptive-strategy indicators from financial statement data, normalizing said indicators using a standard score transformation, applying a directional adjustment based on the favorable or unfavorable character of each indicator, and aggregating the directionally adjusted indicators into a single composite Financial Resilience Index by simple averaging or principal component analysis. The method further comprises classifying time periods into pre-crisis, during-crisis, and post-crisis phases and evaluating the composite index and its constituent indicators against said phase classification using a panel data regression model with entity-specific fixed or random effects, the choice of specification being determined by a Hausman test. The invention provides a unified, reproducible measure of entity-level resilience to macroeconomic disruption, applicable across firms and time periods
