Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention discloses a method and system for advancing predictive observability information maturity in cloud-native, distributed computing environments through AI-driven predictive analytics, meta-learning fusion, and autonomous self-healing. The system employs a multilayer architecture comprising an operational telemetry ingestion, a multi-model prediction, a sentiment analysis, a meta-learner fusion engine, a contextual reasoning, and an agentic AI execution module. The meta-learner fusion engine, dynamically fuses outputs from a plurality of analytical predictive models with sentiment and historical performance data to generate unified, context-aware incident risk predictions. The system interprets context-aware incident risk predictions to produce prescriptive root cause analyses and autonomously executes low-risk remediation actions. Through a structured five-stage maturity model, the invention enables enterprises to evolve from basic monitoring to autonomous, sentiment-aware operations. Continuous feedback ensures adaptive learning and improved accuracy. The invention delivers predictive, self-healing predictive observability information, reducing downtime, improving reliability, and enhancing user satisfaction across large-scale digital platforms.
