Abstract: ABSTRACT A METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PERSONALIZED AND PRECISION MICROBIOME-BASED COMBINATORIAL INTERVENTIONS FOR HEALTH OUTCOMES The present invention relates to a computer-implemented framework for personalized dietary intervention based on gut microbiome composition and metabolic modelling. The framework receives current microbial abundance profiles, target microbial abundance states, and a directive vector representing a desired microbial or metabolic outcome, along with structured food composition datasets comprising macro and micronutrients, and bioactive compounds. Constraint-based optimization and metabolic simulations are performed to compute minimal nutrient requirements, microbial growth rates, metabolite flux distributions, and community-level metabolic interactions required to shift the microbial community toward the desired target state represented by the directive vector. Computed nutrient requirements are mapped to real-world food compositions to generate personalized dietary interventions. The framework iteratively optimizes dietary compositions based on predicted microbial abundance changes, metabolite fluxes, and similarity to the target microbial state. The invention provides a closed- loop computational system for precision nutrition, microbiome modulation, functional food discovery, and personalized health optimization.
