Abstract: ABSTRACT A METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR INTERACTION IN A SKILL BASED MULTI-USER ENVIRONMENT The present invention relates to a method and system for interaction in a skill based multi-user environment. The system (100) includes a processor (202) and memory (204) that display a plurality of first objects, each associated with an event, along with corresponding first and second values on a User Interface (UI) (210). Users provide first and second inputs based on their skill levels and the displayed values. The system (100) determines a final reward by evaluating the inputs against predefined criteria, where a first reward corresponds to the first input, and a second reward corresponds to the second input. Using a probability model, the system (100) calculates compensation based on the final reward and transmits it to the users. The system (100) enables real-time interaction, fair reward distribution, and compensation in skill-based environments, ensuring engagement and transparency for multiple users. [
