Abstract: A METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR INTELLIGENT FOOTWEAR MANAGEMENT The present disclosure relates to a method and system for intelligent footwear management. The method includes receiving sensor data from a sensor suite (101). The method includes generating a local inference model by processing the sensor data through a machine learning model executed on an embedded controller (102). The method includes modifying a local artificial intelligence weight matrix based on user interaction metrics. The method includes determining refined model weights from the modified local artificial intelligence weight matrix. The method includes transmitting the refined model weights to a remote infrastructure (106) via an encrypted communication link (107), thereby enabling updates to a global model while preserving data privacy through federated learning. The system includes a sensor suite (101) configured to detect footwear characteristics.
